The Copper Scroll

Inspired by American bistro cuisine, each plate is a piece of art work masterfully designed under the direction of Joseph “JB” Boyer. A seasoned New York executive chef, JB will expose you to the latest, eclectic culinary creations.

Signature dishes can not be named for the menu is always changing with the seasons offering you the freshest in local produce and seafood. The Copper Scroll offers prime meats, a variety of seafood and with its extensive wine list, the restaurant is sure to entice the most discriminating critic.
